About Our Services

Visiting a new church is always a bit daunting. Numerous questions race through one's mind such as: What are the people like? What kind of music and songs do they sing? Will I be asked to stand up and say anything? Will they expect money from me?

A typical Sunday morning at Desert Springs begins at 9.00 with Bible studies for all ages. This is an important time during which we grow in our knowledge of God and relationship to God. The children's classes, in addition to their lesson, might do a craft which illustrates the teaching.

Our main service begins at 10.00 with a time of praise and worship. Our worship includes contemporary songs and time-honored hymns. Following the song service, our pastor delivers a sermon that is both relevant to our lives today and based upon the timeless truth of God's Word.

Sunday evenings we meet at 6:00 for Bible teachings that are similar to Sunday mornings. In this service, all of the young people have a chance to sit in the main auditorium and hear the timely truths of God's Word.
