1 Corinthians 1:30

But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

 

All that we are and have comes from Christ. Christ became for us wisdom, our righteousness, our sanctification, and our redemption. Apart from Him, we are nothing and have nothing.
