And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
This verse looks forward to the time when saints will receive their glorified bodies. “The glory which thou gavest me” refers to Christ’s glory of His resurrection and ascension. We do not have this glory yet. It has been given to us as far as the purposes of God are concerned, but we will not receive it until the Saviour returns to take us to heaven.
