If we take on the yoke of Jesus, we will find rest  -  Matthew 11:29

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

This verse reveals four things – 1) “Take my yoke upon you” – this means to enter into submission to His will, to turn over control of our life to Christ, 2) “and learn of me” – as we acknowledge Christ’s lordship in every area of our life, He trains us in His ways, 3) "for I am meek and lowly in heart” – religion is harsh, while Jesus is gentle and humble and when we take His yoke, we will take on His gentleness and humbleness, 4) “ye shall find rest unto your souls” – we only find rest for our inner being when we take the place that God desires for us, the lowest place before God and others.
