If we are led by the Spirit, we are not under the law  -  Galatians 5:18

But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Those who are Spirit-led are not under the law. This verse might be understood in two ways – 1) led by the Spirit is a description of all Christians, therefore, no believer is under the law, as they are not depending on self-effort, 2) to be led by the Spirit means to be lifted above the flesh and to be occupied with the Lord, as those who are Spirit-led are not thinking of the law or the flesh.
