Through Jesus, we have access by the Spirit to the Father  -  Ephesians 2:18

For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

The practical proof that a state of peace exists between an individual who is saved and God, they have access at any time into His presence. Through prayer, any believer can enter into the throne room of heaven, kneel before the God of the universe, and address Him as Father.
