If we are clothed with humility, God will give us grace  -  1 Peter 5:5

Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

Those who are younger, whether in age or in the faith, should be submissive to the elder. The younger ones should submit to the elders because they have wisdom that comes from years of experience in the things of God. They have a deep, experiential knowledge of the Word of God. All believers should have the characteristic of humility, as that is how they receive grace from God.
