God is not a respecter of people  -  Acts 10:34

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

Up to this statement, Peter believed that God’s favor was limited to the nation of Israel. Now, he understood that God did not respect people based on their nationality, but is interested in a honest and repentant heart, no matter if the individual was a Jew or a Gentile.
