Jesus is sitting on the right hand of God  -  1 Peter 3:22

Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

Jesus, after He ascended back to heaven following His crucifixion, death, and resurrection, resumed His “seat” at the right hand of God. The right hand of God is a place of – 1) power – since the right hand is generally stronger than the left, it came to be associated with power, 2) honor – Christ is exalted to the right hand of God, a place that is considered a position of honor, 3) rest – at the completion of His finished work, Christ sat down, 4) intercession – being at the right hand of God is where Christ intercedes for us, 5) preeminence – Christ sits at the right hand in the heavenly places, far above all things, and 6) dominion – Christ sits at the right hand of God, where angels, authorities, and powers have been made subject to Him.
