God always keeps His promises  -  2 Peter 3:9

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

God has promised to judge those who refuse to repent. If there seems to be delay, it is not because God is unfaithful to His promise, it is because He is patient. God doesn’t want any to perish, as His desire is that all should come to repentance. He purposefully extends His time of grace, so that every individual might have the opportunity to be saved.
