If we sow righteousness, we will be rewarded  -  Proverbs 11:18

The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward.

It is true that evil people seem to prosper overnight but their prosperity is unsatisfying, unenduring, and unable to help them when they need it most. In contrast, the rewards of the righteous are real and permanent.
