If we use the counsel that God provides, we will have joy  -  Proverbs 12:20

Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy.  

Treachery fills the heart of those who plan wickedness, but joy fills the heart of those who pursue peace.
