When we belong to God, He will protect us  -  Isaiah 43:2

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

This promise was given to the children of Israel, but it is true for believers as well - no matter where we go or what we encounter, we do not need to fear, as God is with us every step of the way.
