If we call out to God, He will answer us  -  Jeremiah 33:3

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

Our responsibility is to call out to God and when we do, He will answer and show us great and mighty things that is beyond our wildest imagination.
