God has magnified His name above all other names  -  Psalm 138:2

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

We are to exalt the name of God for His loving kindness, truth, and faithfulness. It is His love that prompts Him to give His promises and it is His faithfulness that assures that every promise He makes, will be fulfilled.
